Pay when it works
On systems that can count their own results, part of what you pay tracks the result. A conversation resolved without a human. A qualified lead. A booked meeting. A unit processed.
Pay monthly, pay upfront, or pay per result.
Pay upfront
A fixed price for a defined deliverable. Half on signature, half on delivery. You own it outright when it ships.
Pay monthly
A smaller start and a monthly fee that covers hosting, monitoring, and upkeep. Lower first cheque, higher over a few years.
Pay per result
A base fee plus a fee per counted outcome. Available where the system meters itself, so the count is not a claim we make after the fact.
Which one fits depends on the system and how you would rather spend the money. We put all three in front of you on the call and price the same scope each way.
Four rules that keep it honest
Paying per result only works if both sides trust the count. These are the conditions we hold ourselves to, and they go in the agreement.
Not available on advice, training, websites, or document builds, where the outcome is not ours to claim.
What things start at
Every number below is a starting point for a straightforward version of the work. Scope moves it. Nothing here is a quote, and we will tell you on the call if your version is above it.
Get your team using AI
Includes materials and office hours. One-off sessions are billed hourly.
Install a system that works
Fixed price, defined deliverable, 30-day warranty.
Build the backbone
Custom builds do not get a public number, because a build priced before anyone has looked at the operation is a guess. What we publish is the price of looking.
We do not quote a build cold and we do not scope for free. If discovery is not worth paying for, the build is not worth starting.
Keep it running
Support plans are priced per live system, per month, in three tiers. We quote the tier with the build, so it is never a surprise after handoff.
How the money actually moves
Get a number for your version
Twenty minutes on the call and you will know which of the three ways to pay fits, and roughly where your scope lands.
